At LootNest, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent refund process for our users.

While most LootNest Payments purchases are non-refundable, there are exceptions outlined below.

Payment Methods Ineligible for Refunds

Please note that refunds are not available for purchases made using OVO, QRIS, or PayNow, as these payment methods have their respective restrictions in place.

Refunds for In-Game Purchases

For in-game purchases made through LootNest Payments In-App Purchases Service, you may request a refund within 48 hours, provided that the item has not been consumed, altered, or transferred.

Refund requests for such purchases are subject to evaluation by the game's developer in accordance with their policies and relevant laws.

If the purchase is older than 48 hours, please reach out to the game developer directly for assistance.

Processing Refunds

Refund decisions are typically made within 5 working days. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note that the processing time may vary, ranging from 1 to 30 working days, depending on the payment method used.
